Returns

We accept returns on defective products within 30 days of receipt at no cost to the buyer. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue either a replacement, exchange, or full refund upon receipt of the returned item.

Exchanges are available for eligible, non-customized items within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with non-defective exchanges.

Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.
